Police wrongly force entry to my flat.Somebody who I can't name has given my address to the Police as his own.?

I do not know or have never heard of this person and the police have been to my home three times with a search warrant. Now whilst I was house sitting for my mother they have come back and forced entry to my flat and completely destroyed my door and surrounding frame. I came home to find a big steel door in front of me where my nice new door once was. I cannot gain access to my flat as the council are waiting to measure for a new door and then fit one. In the mean time the only way for me to get in my home is to wait there for said council to arrive, remove the steel door and give me access. I then have no door so consequently can't stay there and have to leave and then put back the steel door so as my flat is secure. None of this is my fault or my doing. What can I do?

Can you thaw Venison in the refrigerator, then refreeze it?

I have two large bags of Venison sliced into jerky sized strips, I thawed both bags into the refrigerator for a couple of days, then I prepared one of the bags for making them into jerky, although, I ran out of marinade and did not have enough for the other bag, so I refroze it for later use. Is this ok? The meat did not go above refrigerator temperature, but it was thawed for a few days.

What can Animal Control do for me?

My family has owned pitbulls for many years. They have been trained well and have been the best companions I've ever known. A little over a year ago, my brother decided to adopt a pitbull. He did not have the dog neutered or trained properly, and beats the dog frequently when he misbehaves. My brother also has a one-year old son who is just learning to walk. This dog has bitten a few people and acts out frequently. My brother responds by punching the dog to the point of the dog whelping and cowering. This makes me sick to my stomach but I don't know what to do about it. I want to call an animal control officer, but I'm afraid they won't see the abuse since the dog has adequate shelter/food, etc. I'm also afraid that the dog will be put to sleep if they see how angry he is. This is still a very young dog and I feel that he can be rehabilitated with the proper trainers. Please give me any advice you can, I don't want a young child getting hurt or a young dog having his life cut short because of my brother's idiocy.

My brother is nearly 14 and has recently been rushed to hospital because he had kidney failure due to his immune system attacking itself. I'm not sure about a championship with that same roster in a few years since guys like Rhodes and Rolen aren't getting much younger these days. Maybe one of the starters (not named Volquez, Cueto or Leake) can be sent to the bullpen as a setup reliever for Co-Co. As for the offense, guys like Votto, Bruce and Stubbs should be able to handle most of the offense for the Reds in the future. I had about 5 recurring dreams last night about this one person that I've never met or seen before in my life. When one dream would end I would wake up and go back to sleep and continue the dream, with the same person but in a different situation. I don't need a link to the ski report, I'd like a personal observation of snow conditions. My ski trip is quickly deteriorating because of the comments of by friend's boss who was up there a few weeks ago. Alright, well I'm currently 16 and I've been dating my girlfriend for three months now. We have mutually decided that it is time to have . We are both virgins. I am uming that all states have to allow Deaf people to drive, considering the Americans With Disabilities act. In Ohio, where I live, Deaf people can drive, they just have to have a code on the front of their license saying that they are deaf, that way when you get pulled over, the officer knows you are not lying! Also, Deaf drivers in Ohio must have all three of their mirrors in place on their vehicle. You should be able to contact the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Pennsylvania and find out from them. My friend's parents have a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo that has 170,000 miles on it. They have been the only owners of the SUV and have taken really good care of it. The engine just cracked so they bought a new SUV. They would practically give me the SUV if I wanted to repair it. Would it be worth it to put a new engine in it? Everything on the car is original. Anyone know a cheap place to fix a yamaha srx700 (snowmobile)?

I'm looking for a place to fix my 2001 Yamaha srx700. I was in an accident on January 29 of this year. I love this sled, but I can't find a cheap place to fix it up. Should I get a new Sprint phone, or see if some other company will give me a better deal?

I have a while left on my cell phone contract, the early termination fee is $150, my phone is fried, it'll be at least $115 to get a decent new phone as I only have $75 credit towards a new phone. I've been a Sprint customer for quite a while, and I'm feeling screwed. I've never purchased a new phone, just got a 2nd hand one from a friend when he left Sprint... yet getting the new(er) phone put me in a new contract and took away credit for a new phone. Sprint deals are shady once you're locked in. Is there another cell phone company that will give me a new phone for free and make it worth my while to join them by compensating for the $150 early termination fee? The story of a man that goes blind. It starts of at a point where he has been blind for a while, and retraces his life. There is no physical reason for his blindness, no diagnosis or theory that doctors can give him. In the end we discover, as he does, that it is psychosomatic, and due to the fact that he saw only through his words. Only by losing his sight could he learn to truly see, and somewhere inside he knew this, and made the sacrifice. It might end with his sight returning. His wife plays a big role in this story as she tries to emotionally cope with his changing attitude toward life and her due to his blindness. He also happens to befriend a homeless man on the street who at first never suspects that he is homeless. They have frequent conversation about life and other personal matters. In a way he kind of admires this homeless man.

This hasn't only been on the Internet. I've also read it many other places. However, I'm more likely to believe it than a religious text that has been translated and re-translated over and over again and often with the translater's personal agenda attached. I will say that believers in that religion really should make an effort to learn the original language the Bible was written in so they can read it and come to their own conclusions instead of relying on second-hand information they get from their religious leaders. The truth is a lot of people believe in that religion and really don't know much about it. Yes and no. I think Hester became known for being a KR. He was good at what he did, but the problem with being a great KR is, the opposing team will likely kick the ball away from you making it harder for you to get any returns. Its obvious that he's one of the best KR's in the game, but when you have such a reputation, you won't be seeing many come your way, so in that sense its probably best that he be a WR which is what he was hired for in the first place. But I also say no because he was an integral part of the Bears special teams. Without him doing the KR's, then the field position becomes squarely on the struggling offense. Him getting them down the field so to speak helped the offense in addition to scoring points by getting in the endzone. The way I see it, its a two way street for him. He's a great KR, but at the same time he probably is better off focusing on his main goal which is to be a better WR.

Monday morning she told me it was over. I asked why and she said that i am possessive and i have no ambition in life. I am just "talk" im 30 years of age and she is 22. Why is my processor so loud?

Trust me, it's the processor. I can hear this constant buzzing sound coming from my laptop when my computer is idle but when scroll down a webpage (or something that nothing to do with an I/O) it becomes more of a low hum. I can distinguish the sound from my hard drive and other parts of the laptop, and my makes crackling noises but it's not constant. It's very annoying. It's coming from the under side of my laptop on the right (front) whereas the hard drive is on the left (front) and the fan is on the left (back).

Without using chemicals, I'd have to say just renting a floor sander and starting with a coarse grit. Paint stripper wouldn't remove the glue anyway. And sanding is just as messy, even if not as smelly. The dust can cause respiratory problems all by itself. Best thing is move the family to your mom's or to a hotel for a couple of days while you resurface the floor...

MacBook glossy screen?

We've had both. To tell the truth, the matte screen on our IBMs got harder to see after awhile, even the big 21 incher. It seemed darker, somehow, than the little 15 inch glossy screens. The little ones are easy to adjust to various levels of brightness, and we seldom use the full blast brightness. No headaches. The only two gripes I have about glossy screens are (1) easy fingerprints, as when I tend to point something out to mi esposa or vice versa or the cat bumps me...or static electricity attracts a cat hair! and (2) when the evening sun crawls around the back window, one must jump up and close the blind to avoid the reflected glare in order to be able to see the small print on the screen. Otherwise, gloss is VERY nice, especially for photos.

I haven a cool mist ultrasonic humidifier. This product is great for increasing the humidity in my home, but the minerals in my water cause a white dust to collect on surfaces throughout the house. My kitten is literally crazy for those plastic things you tear off of new milk jugs. You just tear it off, clean it, then throw it to your cat. I guarantee she will go wild with it. If you ever need her to come, just flick the ring between your fingers and she will come running. Another thing is just to attatch peices of yarn or tough string together and drag it around. I want to make a pot of chicken and rice soup, i've never made it before but i have a basic idea. I will use a hole chicken boil it in store bought chicken broth with salt and pepper, onion, celery, and carrots of coarse and a little garlic. Now this brings me to my question i don't like plain rice in anything I am quite fond of the uncle ben's and zataran's flavored rice mixes especially the chicken flavored, so i want to know if i add the rice to my soup along with the seasoning packet if the rice will have the flavor that the rest of the soup does, or should i pre cook the rice with the seasoning pack and then add it to the soup? please help me figure this out thanks

Questions about La Guardia and transportation?

What kind of transportation is safer and cheaper from La Guardia to Manhattan. We have 3 children 12, 10 and an infant. It always discovers it as a wireless headset but it states "Detection of Service Failed" when I try to pair it. I have updated the bluetooth stack from Toshiba and still no luck. Approved for 6mth moratorium. What now? Help...?

To make it simple. We applied for a modification and got put on and agreed to a 6 mth moratorium instead. During this period we were to decrease our debt to income ratio making the income ratio higher than the debt. We have succeeded in doing so and our debt is pretty much gone now since we weren't able to make mortgage payments. However, there's a balloon of $8000.00 due by 04/05 unless other arrangements are made. We have completed a hardship letter, financial worksheet, pay stubs everything required for loan modification has been sent in. Our paperwork to approve the moratorium did state that the balloon was final unless other (arrangements) were made with the bank. In the hardship letter I asked if we could be approved for HAMP which is the original reason we applied for a home modification but at that time there was no way they would approve it because we our debt to income ratio was too high, (then) not now. So the bank says not to send in any mortgage payments because it would prove to the bank that we can make the full payment and the purpose of the moratorium was to pay off debt and to get rid off as much of it as possible then send a hardship letter saying why we couldn't pay the balloon, noticeably because we spent all our cash not used on our necessities on paying off major debts. So people are we going to get screwed? Is this the banks slick way of foreclosing on our home? I'm so scared and confused even though I know the numbers and the reason why.Still I'd just like to hear other people experiences and knowledge on moratoriums, their aftermath and if anyone else out there has been able to pull off their lender putting a balloon unto the end of the note and getting approved for the HAMP modification after the moratorium period ended? Note: I saved money and tried to pay my full mortgage payment a few times during the 6mth period and the bank gave a strong NO and confirmed each time DECREASE your debt INCREASE your income, that is the purpose of the moratorium. I was also told by a rep. that almost everybody who's moratorium period is about to expire can not pay the balloon and try to make arrangements for a modification. Witty, respectful answers please. The details of my situation are drastic to say it best.
