Do I have an attitude?

I really need help with my attitude. I am 16 and a Christian who stopped using profanity in August of 2010 and who always get told that I have an attitude. I don't try to, honest. I heard a really good sermon in church and I really want to change my ways. It is just my mother makes me mad. She'll like tell me to come get something when she is sitting right next to it and when I am doing my homework and she calls me and I answer in the wrong tome of voice, I'll get a whooping. Am I the problem or is it other people? Oh yeah, can you please give me scriptures out of the Bible to help me control my anger? Thank you. You really don't know how much of a big help you are to me now.
