Do you ever feel like you don't know where to start?

I'm about to be a first time mommy (in less than a month!) and I feel like everything I would have liked to accomplish by now hasn't been done! I'm talking about professionally...as in finishing my degree and possibly traveling. I just don't even know where to begin now with a baby on the way! Anyone else feel like they have a whole 'nother life yet to live too but don't know where to start?!
