What are some good summer appetizers to serve at an outdoor wedding?

If you want cubers- peel and slice, squeeze fresh lime over them, add salt, then deseed a couple of jalepenos, chop in bits and toss everything together. This is how the mexicans eat them. Or you can just peel, slice, and put the red chile/lime powder on them- look in the mexican food section- it is usually called pico de limon. It will say it is for all fruit and veggies.
