Killington, what are the conditions like right now?

I don't need a link to the ski report, I'd like a personal observation of snow conditions. My ski trip is quickly deteriorating because of the comments of by friend's boss who was up there a few weeks ago. This boss has told my buddy it was horrible and to save his money which in turn has caused another guy to back out of the trip. Having never met the boss I can't be certain of his skill level and general knowledge of the sport so its my umption that the terrain was just too hard for him. A dude I know is headed there a week before my trip so I can get a pretty good report from him but would like to know the conditions as of this week to so I can ure these punks it is in fact worth the money. I mean really, if these two don't go I'm stuck with three kids that can't get into bars and I don't want to play Candy Land after a great day of skiing. So if you have been there in the past few days let me know what the conditions are like.
