What is the best colour tights to wear for a dance??

my daughtrer whose 4yrs old wants to wear sheer white ;like her friends to a dance party for xmas lunch, i think a solid colour is more adequate! do they have white panythose with patterns?? singel dad . also she wants her toenails done, i kow how to do them, but should i do it for that day??
