I had gall bladder surgery 3weeks ago and i've been spotting since, its painful during .?

a week after my surgery i started spotting. (my last period was aug 11th, ) and i'm still spotting. no real period. everytime i have its painful when he goes too deep. i get pain on my left ovary, and i bleed a little more. i have no insurance to go see a doctor, and i know i need to, i was just wandering if this has happend to anyone or if some one might have a clue of whats going on. please help.
