If Congress won't Impeach Bush, would you support an effort like?

the one in Brattleboro, Vt. in your town? Since we can't get our Senators and Congressmen to do the right thing, why can't we accomplish he same thing as impeachment town by town? I read that they are receiving an avalanche of favorable email since the recent publicity.
