I think i have a cold and something smells really bad?

symptoms are that my ears really hurt, have a cough/soar throat, runny nose, headache. but when i exhale theres this really weird smell. its not pleasant at all. none of my friends sais they could smell it but i could all day. i don't know why? please help.
