Whats going on inside my mouth?

my mouth has been hurting. i looked inside and found a white spot on the gummy part of my lip. it hurts and burns what is it? how do i get rid of it? Ive never kissed any one. so its not mono. is it?for more info email me @: shmallison96@yahoo.com
