My younger sister asked a morbid question . Can her body can be sold to a medical university BEFORE she dies?

Her wish upon death is to give her body to science; therefore it's mortgaging your cadaver for medical study. She says, "Why not enjoy the cash now!" She's always been a rebel. By the way, she's nowhere near dying age. I'm personally think it's very creepy. Thanks in advance.
