Confirmation of yahoo splash promotion award as winner & payment 450P is required in advance?

I am residing in Pakistan and Winner Certificate is received from Agent and inform that The Principal Attorney to submit legal papers to British High Court for legalization of Funds with cost of 450 Pounds as Consultation and Court Fees in advance and collect Affidavit Form and letter of Attestation from British Court after payment is made.It is pointed out that I have informed that it is not possible for me to pay amount in advance and payment will be made after payment is received in my account.Now the reply is received from Attorney that your request is not consider.It is not possible for me to pay amount.Because one fraud was made through British office for my job.So I am alert/caution and request you for confirmation of this award and Lottery Funds is geniune or fraud.Kindly intimate me urgently to take further step or close this chapter.Yours Sincerely
