What are some good fundraising ideas?

I'm planning a pretty big fundraiser at my school for my senior project and I need some easy, effective ways to raise money for the event. It's about a month away, so I don't have a lot of time. I also need some incentives to raise attendance at the event and ways to encourage students to donate. It goes on during one of our boys' basketball games and I want to do some fund raising activities during the game and the week before the game at school. Does anyone have any clever, creative, and cheap ideas on what I could do/sell to raise some extra money?
