Does 1.74 beta hcg value mean I'm not pregnant?

Its not positive sweetie. Every non-pregnant woman has an hcg level of 2 or less. Under 5 is possibly pregnant and under 2 is definitely not pregnant. Over 5 is definitely pregnant. It seems to me your Dr should be explaining this stuff to you.
